CANCELLATION POLICY
For reservation dates of January through April:
- Cancellation made up to 1 week (7 days) prior to your reservation will result in a refund of the deposit less $50.00 administrative fee
- Cancellation made within 1 week (2-6 days) will result in a full forfeit of your deposit
- Cancellation made within 24 hours, or in case of a no-show, will be charged 100% of the stay.
For reservation dates of May through December:
- Cancellation made up to 2 weeks (15 days) prior to your reservation will result in a refund of the deposit less $50.00 administrative fee
- Cancellation within 2 weeks (3 - 14 days) of your stay will result in a full forfeit of your deposit
- Cancellation made within 1 - 2 days, or in the case of no-show, will be charged 100% of the stay
